Welcome — I’m so glad you’re here. Photographing weddings is one of my favorite ways to connect with people and tell stories that actually feel like you. My approach is calm, intuitive, and a little playful, giving your day space to unfold naturally while I’m there to catch the big emotions, the quiet in-between moments, and everything that makes your celebration uniquely yours.
Booking & Process
To book with Kaitlyn, please email her directly to reserve your date. From the first conversation to final delivery, you can expect a process that is thoughtful, calm, and intentionally supportive. A non-refundable $500 retainer and signed contract secure your wedding date, with the remaining balance due one month before your celebration. Florida sales tax (7.5%) will be applied to your final package. After booking, you’ll receive a Wedding Contract and Wedding Questionnaire via email—completing the questionnaire helps ensure your day flows smoothly by giving insight into your timeline, priorities, and the moments that matter most.
After Your Wedding
Following your wedding, you’ll receive a private online gallery where you can view, share, and download your full collection of images. This gallery allows you to revisit your day at your own pace and relive the moments that mattered most.
